Like it! Easy to use

This app is very easy to use. Just give the app a little time to process your payment when you book your flight/package. It too longer than expected but I received my confirmation via email the next day. Patience is a virtue.

Nice app

Service is complete garbage. Tried to got a live person on the phone to do any changes to your trip after you paid them extra for priority service. Good luck. Call center is in India and the 2 people I spoke too were useless and rude. Usually I do not write reviews but this needs to come out to the light. SAVE YOUR SELT THE AGGRAVATION AND BOOK ELSEWHERE.

I have used the eDreams app to book 4 trips this year with ease. No complaints!

The app is very simple and makes traveling stress free

Ive tried to book flight and hotel with this app but I couldnt do it. App told me about some problems with my booking and had to use another app to book a flight.

This made getting our boarding passes and checking in super easy!

It looks great and well structured to find what you need. Good opportunity to also take advantage of the best low cost offers also on mobile devices. Key information visible now on flight results. Thats all I need!

I second that. For some reason the flights on the app are around 150€ more expensive then on their website.

Painfully slow app. If I wanted to wait this long for travel information I wouldve went to an agent. I deleted the app.

I booked a flight for later the same day. They then emailed me confirmation that the flight was held but they could not send me the E-tickets until they have confirmed payment. Two hours later and with their call center closed their was nothing I could do accept miss the flight!

Would be great if it stopped crashing
